We were apart of that group that were recommended but forewarned about management, price increase, and that we are unlikely to get any of our money back. Hopefully we don't have to pay anything further than the 2,000 we put down already. So I would rather everyone make their own choice. The only perk we tell people about is location!

We have many amazing amenities we offer here at Missions at Sunbow, however, some can be a hazard if not used properly, with rules and guidelines. Please know each of our rules are enforced for a very specific with the best interest of our residents being our number one priority.

I apologize that you have had negative experiences with our office personnel in the past. Giving great customer service is extremely important to us and it is very disheartening that you have experienced nothing but the best. I will bring this to the attention of our office staff in order to re-emphasize the importance of customer service. I am confident your experiences will be positive in the future.

I also understand your frustration with the pet policy. Just like the rules for our amenities, our pet policies are for the best interest of our residents.

Please understand that we do everything possible to keep our lease renewal rates low and affordable for our valued residents, while also remaining competitive in the thriving local rental market.

I appreciate you coming to us with the idea of having our pedestrian gates fobbed. I took this to our manager and he really like the idea as well. This is something that we will definitely look into possibly getting done in the future.

Too noisy, pool is not always heated, hot tub smells not cleaned enough, movie room can't be used for more than 2 guests.

I understand your concerns about noise throughout the community and it is very important to us that our residents are comfortable in their home. We do our best in making sure that the maintenance and repairs are all done during business hours to minimize the disturbance. If you would like to give me more specific information about these concerns I would gladly look into them to see if there is anything more we could do to help.

I also understand your frustration with parking. Unfortunately, it is very limited and we do our very best to accommodate those that need additional parking by offering it at a competitive cost. I realize this only helps to a degree, as this parking is not for guests, but we do also have the off street parking on Medical Center that could help, as we are limited with our options.

I want to make sure that you have any pending maintenance issues resolved. I am sorry about the confusion on some prior issues regarding permission to enter. If it was given, the maintenance issues should have been resolved without requiring your presence. If you do still have any pending maintenance issues please let me know and I can get them resolved for you.

I appreciate you letting us know about the cleanliness of your apartment upon move in. We work very hard to ensure our apartments look immaculate before the residents move in, so that is definitely not how we operate. We will do everything possible to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

It is user unfriendly. My friends and family can't visit me and I am on the 3rd floor and no elevator. too small and too expensive and should have a usable parking space. too noisy and people park where they aren't suppose to and block driveways and garages. The doors slam shut and the noise is unbearable. the gates are more trouble then they're worth. half the time they are open and people just drive in behind someone else anyway. the kitchen cabinets are made of very cheap material.

I understand your concerns regarding space and storage in your one bedroom apartment home. Being 724 sq. ft., our one bedroom can be really comfortable for some, however, it sounds like you need more. We do offer two bedroom apartment homes with attached garages that are on the first level. If you are interested in upgrading at renewal we would be more than happy in assisting you to find a home that would better suit your needs.

I also appreciate you bringing the maintenance issue to our attention. Our maintenance team works very hard to resolve all maintenance issues in a timely manner. In some cases, we rely on the support of outside vendors for parts and labor, which can delay our turnaround time. To clarify any confusion regarding permission to enter, you either give it or you do not. If you do give permission to enter, maintenance will address the issue as soon as possible, regardless if anyone is home or not. If you do not give permission to enter, our maintenance will come by, knock, and if no one is home will try again the next day. They will make 3 attempts and if no one is home all three times, the work order will be closed.

I want to be able to have BBQs with my family at the pool. I don't like how the computer room closes early. The office personal can be a bit more friendly.

It works for me . I like the apartment I am in. I am able to enjoy beautiful sunsets and sit on my patio and watch the ball games ( even fireworks on the 4th July)

Why should tenants be responsible to paying for the carpet replacement when they move out. Isn't that what a deposit is for. Just because the carpet is less than 5 years old and a stain is put in, why should the tenants be responsible for paying for the carpet replacement.
