The price to rent the clubhouse seemed high and you are not allowed to have your own barbecue which is disappointing considering the spacious patios on the first floor. Other than that it is a nice community.

Hidden a little ways off from the major highway, this community offers you the total package of community amenities to fill up your time. The apartments are very spacious with complete kitchen appliances and lots of cabinet space. The bedroom features a large walk-in closet. The community is located very close to shopping malls and restaurants and to several major highways.

The community comes standard with full-size washers/dryers and refrigerators. Affordable housing truly never looked any better. It had friendly consultants and some great amenities.

This property was way more than I would every expect to experience in Chino! It was like an oasis amongst the cows and livestock. It was beautiful and well maintained. The gym was one of the better ones that I have seen. It was great being in a large community that cared enough about the tenants to provide free tutoring!
