This is a beautiful property nestled by canyons and trails. The grounds are meticulous and the apartments are up to date and well maintained.

Overall, I really liked The consultant. She did a great job speaking greatly about the community. Even though the amenities were a bit dated, she was able to speak about them in a manner that was still attractive. I believed that she had my best interests at heart.

The community was older. Even though there have been updates, I did not like the carpeting. The stairs were dirty. There was no elevators and the windows were old. I would not move in to this community.

This apartment community was well taken care of, and inviting to the eye.

I enjoyed the tour at this community. The leasing professional was engaged and enthusiastic throughout the tour. She focused on what I said and tried to meet my needs according to what I expressed I was interested in. When I inquired about the local schools, she gave a print out of the area and the school's information.

This community is located on a winding, quiet hillside with landscaping that accents many different designed buildings and is yet only located minutes from a major interstate freeway.

The agent was eager to help me and focused her presentation on finding an apartment that best suited my needs. She knew that Plan D would be the best, but understood my need to have an apartment with a guaranteed availability date. She offered to transfer the deposit, which I appreciated.

My customer experience was a very good one. There was great professionalism shown on top of just a fun visit altogether. Many sales people are overly pushy and do not act like they care about anything other than closing a sale. The experience I had was the opposite of that. I saw sincerity and honesty, which was appreciated.

The apartment had a nice view of some trees. The leasing professional was very congenial and made the community seem to be a great place to call home.

I would recommend this community for someone looking for a quiet and peaceful environment. There is a slight feeling of being removed from the city, yet there are nearby shopping centers and restaurants accessible. The community offers adequate amenities, such as a pool and two spas, a standard business center and a 24-hour gym. The community also offers laundry connections in the apartments, as well as private garages with some of the apartments. Overall, the customer service I received when calling and visiting this community was very welcoming, knowledgeable and well above average.
