Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The leasing professional that I met with was friendly, professional and very helpful. She had a welcoming, personable manner and was very focused on my needs. She made a sincere attempt to help me find a good living situation and offered me two floor plans in my time frame. The community had beautiful amenities and was so beautifully landscaped that it had a resort-like look and feel. It was a good rental price for the apartment and property amenities. I would love to live there and would definitely recommend it to others.

I truly felt very much like I described above. Impressed with professional assistance and very nice grounds, in an upper-middle income neighborhood.

It was a very nice community with resort type pool area and very nice amenities. The grounds were clean and well kept. I thought Lauren did a good job of relating the community to what I would be looking for.

I felt that the leasing professional was a great consultant. She remembered what I had said was important to me and repeatedly referred to that in her presentation. She also pointed out other key features that many people would want and gave other clever thoughts about the use of space that people may not have thought of. She appeared genuinely excited about the community and talked about other residents and employees in positive terms. She generated a great rapport with me and was natural and knowledgeable. She made me feel that she was interested in my being a resident and in the success of the community in general.
