The community was very nice and clean. The office staff was very nice and helpful. She really knew the area.

The community seemed quaint and quiet. The size of the community verses the number of pools was good, but the fitness center was very small. I liked the location and would have rented because of the location.

The grounds were clean the exterior of the complex was beautiful green and lush. The gates were adequate and freshly painted. The dumpster areas were well kept. The grounds inside the community were well kept and free of litter and debris. The porches and patios were well kept and free of litter and debris. The apartment was clean and the carpet was freshly vacuumed. Everything had a nice aroma to it.

I would recommend this property. It is close to everything, but off the main street. It is fairly small, but not so large you get lost. The staff is very competent, friendly and courteous. The amenities are very nice. The apartments are spacious and a good value for the price.

The community was welcoming, as I drove up. The leasing office was bright and simple and clean. The grounds were well kept and peaceful. The leasing agent who assisted me was very friendly and personable. I was told that all of the apartments had been remodeled and it showed. There were floor to ceiling windows in the living room, which added a lot of light. The patio was quite large, with a higher wall for added privacy. There was a large storage unit off of the patio. The community had a modern, though small workout room. A few treadmills and a very impressive all in one workout machine that I would love to have wherever I lived. They were very close to the trendy area, with several restaurants and wine bars. It was a quiet and serene community. The best of both worlds.

These apartments are in a great location There are great nearby restaurants, and the surrounding neighborhoods are very friendly for dog walks runs and bicycling. We have a dog, and it is great having a park next door and having many other dogs around the property that my dog has gotten to interact with. They also have a ton of dog bags around the property to makes sure people pick up after their dogs. The neighbors and the staff in the office are mostly friendly. We have had a few issues requiring maintenance and the emergent ones have been taken care of in a very timely manner
We live on the first floor, so unfortunately, 25-50 of the time we are home, we can hear our neighbors upstairs walking around and slamming doors. However, this is not unlike any other apartment I have lived in and is something we have mostly gotten used to. Some of the bushes could use a little more regular maintenance, but it's not bothersome in any way. One thing that is very inconvenient is not having a mail dropbox for outgoing mail that can be accessed at all times. You have to go into the office, during regular office hours, to drop off outgoing mail. Having a schedule where I am at work from 7AM-6PM does not work well with that. I also wish there was a better way to sign off on having packages left at our door than in the office.
Overall, it has been a good experience living here, and I would recommend it to others. We have lived here for about a year and plan to continue living here for a little while.

This is a well kept property in a very trendy neighborhood. It is a small community with a very nice feel to it. The apartment homes were warm and inviting with a very homey vibe. Pool areas were lovely with gas barbecue grills nearby.

The leasing professional was friendly and professional. She seemed very proud of the apartment and the community. She made me feel welcome and created a sense of urgency.

The community was clean and well maintained. The associate was friendly and helpful.

The community left a unique impression with its garden like grounds rather than the usual open space offered by other communities. I also liked how the living room was separated from the kitchen and dining area. There was also ample outside storage.

Stay away

Very conveniently located. Well maintained. Property staff and residents are very friendly. Responsive staff. Pretty location. Parking for unassigned spots is practically impossible.

The entire experience was neutral with exception of the leasing professional. She had a great personality and a great sense of humor. She had only been on the job for three months, and although the presentation was adequate, I am sure it will be improved on as time goes by.
