The apartment was something I could make work, and I could feel at home here.

The leasing professional was friendly, but the way she presented the unit was not remarkable. The community is new. I wish it had better community amenities, such as tennis court or basketball court.

Although the apartments look modern and clean, attractive for a renter walking through for five minutes, the reality is the construction was not done in a thoughtful way. We just went through one of the worse nightmares having a family with two huge dogs living above us and hearing every step, every bark, every time they jump or close any door, every time they use the vacuum, or the washer and dryer, etc. In other words, every noise they make we have to suffer through it, no matter what day of the week or time of the day. Now we have new neighbors, with two young kids. They are very nice people but the noise is just us bad. Can you please tell me if this is OK? Is it OK for my family to live without peace? To be woken up in the morning or at night by your neighbors noise? To have your day off all stressed out by the noise of two healthy, young kids running and jumping above you? To not be able to sleep or rest when you want because of the noise above you? I don't want anyone to live through this nightmare. That would be my response and my hope for someone to help us improve the conditions we are living in.+

The apartments in this community are kept in good shape and are large enough. However, the view around the area leaves much to be desired.

The community was very well kept and maintained. Their employees were in a class of their own as far as professionalism, friendliness and patience. My visit was very informative and pleasant.

I really like how professional and well mannered the leasing professional was, but the community itself did not seem too great. The apartments were way too small for the asking price and the appliances did not justify the price. I recommend it, but for the staff and amenities.

This apartment community has a very small close knit community feel. The grounds, apartment, and clubhouse area were very well maintained.

My overall perception of the community was great. I thought it was clean, accommodating and small and homey.

The leasing agent was very professional and did seem focused on assisting me. She was very good with offering suggestions. Also, she did a very good job of showing me what the community has to offer. I would enjoy living there. I would definitely recommend this community. It has some beautifully designed apartment homes.

It was a beautiful secluded community with a professional staff.
