The leasing representative was upbeat and professional, describing all amenities and features offered. The community was in extremely good shape and very clean. The leasing professional's demeanor was very friendly, and she engaged me in a lot of small talk. I especially liked the close proximity of highways and retailers. I thought it was a good value. I would definitely recommend this property. I thought that I would truly enjoy living here.

This community is very nice. It is in a rural atmosphere, with buildings spread apart. There is a fitness center, pool, dog park and playground. It was very quiet when I was there, which gave the impression it was a peaceful place to live. I do think the asking prices are above what other communities featuring the same amenities would ask. I would probably chose somewhere else based on that.

The price is reasonable. The mailbox is located outside the main office, instead of outside the building. I would have to pay for my pet, but there is no place that I could unleash him. did not see a playground for the children or a basketball court for teens.

My perception of this community was that the apartment was very spacious for the value of the rent. The location was very close to shopping areas ,restaurants and main highways. The swimming pool area was rather small. There was also a nice dog park.
