I have lived here 8 months and have enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it is (at least where I live.) My apartment is perfect for me and my disabled daughter's needs.

I found this community to offer a spacious apartment with many upgrades to it. They were close to shopping and freeway travel.

Very nice safe place. dogs bark loud and step in dog poop a lot. need to crack down on that so I am able to walk to my car without stepping in dog poop. other than that great:)

Going smoke free would be the only reason to recommend this facility.

Im a teacher and my friends are teachers. The remodeled apartments are too pricy. I can afford to live here because Im in an un-remodeled apartment.

I would love to recommend this community as its beautiful and the new front desk staff is wonderful. The new maintance team seems to actually do the work which is great! However Im a little weary because of the horrible experiences.

I love it here! Nice and quiet with the exception of the upstairs neighbors running up and down the stairs. The area where our apartment is located is very quiet.

Marquis at Arrowhead was a very nice community and well maintained. Location was key to this community. Everything you could want was very close and convenient.
The leasing agent I worked with was average and "did her job". My visit with her was not memorable as she did not seem to recall anything I said was important to me such as a view of something other than a parking lot and showing me, on the site map, where my new apartment was located in reference to the fitness center.
