When I moved into the apartment it was in need of a fresh coat of paint all over new carpet and the floors were very dirty the appliances need upgraded. The walls are very thin I smell smoke coming from the neighbors I hear dogs barking through the walls I hear babies crying constantly. For the price I am paying I Bill it should be a better quality

The apartments themselves are not bad. The nickel and dime fees - valet trash, pest fee, water and utilities that you 'share' with the total complex, are too much. Plus parking/storage.

The community was very nice and the upkeep was exceptional. The apartments were up-to-date and stylish. The community as a whole was kept up very nicely. It was clean and if I were a real customer I would like to live there.

The cost and the lack of impersonal service would be a warning, but I would recommend it to family and friends who worked nearby or wanted to live near the highway.

I believe the rent at the Ranch is above a lot of the market in the NWA area. Also increasing monthly rent to loyalty/ returning renters is disappointing, especially when the rest of the market is going down in rent due to more and more apartment complexes opening up all over the place

Good community. I really enjoy the resident events although many start at 5 pm and it takes me 45 minutes to get home to participate. The amenities are very nice and convenient.

Entering the complex and locating the office was easy. Being greeted and treated with respect was a bonus. The leasing agent was very helpful and upfront about pricing as well as what you would receive. The community had some great amenities. The movie room, gym, package area, pool area, and grilling in the pool space was amazing. Getting around the complex was easy. The grounds were well taken care of.

Reasonably responsive management team. Landscaping and pool are meticulously maintained. The carpet in our unit is shag making it difficult to maintain. We are told it is only four years old, but in our opinion should be replaced with an easier to maintain carpet. I think the management is not receptive to replacing carpet in an occupied unit.

The community seemed very relaxing. I only saw one child which lead me to believe that it was more of an adult community. I did see a few dogs and that community caters to pet owners. I really liked the community overall and the agent I dealt with was nice a friendly. I would have leased.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional and the community was nice and clean. It was kind of in a secluded area though and not right next to anything. I am more of a city person but it was nice a quiet. The apartments were very nice and seemed relaxing a peaceful.
