Mira Bella was a lovely community with great amenities to enjoy during one's leisure time. It offered a well designed floor plan for a comfortable living environment. The community was located on a very busy street and had easy access to freeways that led to all points of interest in San Diego.

My experience with the consultant was above average. Having more agents like her would be an asset to any company. The community was well located, close to conveniences, beaches, and downtown. The leasing agent was professional and offered her best assets at showing property. As a customer, I came away with being very impressed with the community in general. The layout of apartments was spot on.

I found the leasing professional to be very natural sounding, personable, and attentive. She was able to build a rapport with me and continued to build a rapport during the visit. She seemed genuinely concerned about providing me with the best apartment home for my needs.

I was very impressed with the Leasing Professional because she compleely customized her presentation around me. I felt like she was a friend and we were chatting. She made the community appear to be a resort and at one point she commented that this was resort style living. I would definitely consider moving there.

I would definitely rent from the community. The community itself was beautiful, impeccably maintained and had a lot of benefits. Then you add in the leasing professional and it would be an easy sale to rent from the community. I would recommend it to friends and recommend they visit the agent if they were looking to move in.
