The one issue I have with my community is the speed of traffic as residents traverse back and forth through the complex. Jeff is the nicest, most patient leasing manager I have ever dealt with! He truly cares about the residents and their needs. Keep up the good work Jeff. You are awesome!

Hands-down the cushiest apartment I've ever lived in. Great location for me, easily accessible to many stores, restaurants, and popular spots like SMG, D&B's, and more. Great staff, especially Jeff Krombel, and even the maintenance personnel are knoledgeable, concerned, and professional in their handling of duties. Nice amenities, cool people, cooler community. (If I had to choose an improvement, it'd be the price. It's SO nice, but I fear I can't afford it forever)

The community can be improved by having trash guys pick up boxes along with trash bags. Not enough parking for residents who come back from work in the evening. The complex needs a section for visitors to park at.

This is a very beautiful and eye catching apartment community. The model apartment was very nice and decorated beautifully. I would like to live there myself. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family. The rental rate is very good for what you get in return. Also, a very convenient location.

The residents at the community seemed happy to be living there. The leasing agent made the community seem like a great place to live.

I would definitely recommend this community! My mother also moved from New York a few months after me and chose this complex as well. She lives in a different unit.

I would recommend it because of the location, although the trash desposal in front of the neighborhood dissapointed me when I first moved. Also, I hate that the trash for the neighborhood is next to the pool, and pretty much in front of the entrance. Absolutely terrible. Along with the trash valet, they do a horrible job, leaving trash behind, not getting it at all somedays. A good thing about the neighborhood is the maintenance, great service. It's also a peaceful neighborhood. Furthermore, I wouldn't recommend it because of the gym. The gym lacks quality equipment, it's small and inconvenient. Wish we had a sauna, that would be a bonus to this place!

I would tell more people if the rent was a little lower.

No respect of neighbors. Vaccum at all hours of the night. Excessively loud. Made several complaints to managment nothing has been done. Waiting for lease to end.

The only reason I left was due to medical issues. When I am released from the doctor I am coming back!!!!

Great community to live in. No place is perfect but you can see and appreciate the effort taken to keep the community clean, safe and very well maintained unlike other communities I have resided.
