The community was a nice, upscale community with extremely nice amenities and a 24-hour gym. The office staff were delightful and happy to help on the turn of a dime.

The community was newly built and had many features to offer its residents. The amenities were modern and welcoming. The clubhouse and pool were inviting and were good areas for resident activities. The common areas of the community were clean and well maintained. The leasing professional that I encountered was very friendly and had an upbeat attitude. The presentation of the community and its amenities was personal and her personality was easy going. The leasing professional was able to help give me the image of life in the apartment feeling more like a home than most communities. Based on my experience, the features of the apartment and community were a reasonable value. Based on my experience, I would likely recommend the apartment community to friends and family.

The community is beautiful and I would be very happy living there. The price to rent a two bedroom is really pricey. I personally could not see paying that much for an apartment, especially in this economy. Otherwise I love all the upgrades that they have.

I liked the Shires. It is a brand new community with new features such as the safety feature of the sprinkler system inside of each apartment. There are many amenities that would make it a nice place to live.
hearing the upstairs neighbor flush his toilet every morning is a turn off
I can hear the neighbor flush the toilet wash the clothes do the dishes and take a shower. The insulation is too thin in this complex. There is nothing worse then eating dinner with friends and upstairs flushing the toilet and hearing the water run through the walls. Disgusted and embarrassed. Doors don't securely close even when locked on the interior rooms. Overall its been a below average experience living here and waiting for the lease to expire (which is a minimum of one year) to move out.

I rate this beautiful community 5 stars...The spacious layout of these brand new apartment homes are like none other. The attention to detail in the interior and exterior design is outstanding. I am currently leasing 3 units (and hope to have more) there and everyone of my clients are in love with the place. The staff are very cordial and attentive...they go out of their way to be of assistance. I highly recommend leasing an apartment at this community. You won't be disappointed.

It was a fun experience to visit the apartment community and see the beautiful attention to detail that was shown in the floors, light fixtures, extra large closets, and many windows. The bank of windows in the dining room were especially lovely. The patio with doors into both kitchen and bedroom was great. I noticed that the landscaping was also extra carefully planned with wide and large flower planting areas that enhanced the grass area. The patio furniture was sturdy and nice. Granite counters everywhere showed class. The steps to the upstairs apartments had something on the surface to prevent slipping and also helped to see the steps better.

I felt that it was not a waste of time when I visited the community. The agent demonstrated everything that was important to me. I was comfortable and relaxed while I was there. I was not shown the communities amenities, but I knew what was offered by looking online. I was completely satisfied with what was shown to me. The agent was very nice and friendly.
