This is a very beautiful community with a park-like setting. Every inch of the landscaping is in incredible condition. It is easy to establish that every effort has been made to make the residents comfortable and happy to live in this community.

I enjoyed my visit to the community and the leasing professional made me feel comfortable.

Based on the square footage, the price was well overrated. The community was not up to expectations of the price they were asking.

The rental pricing chart for this community seemed to have too many factors. It was confusing. It seemed like the rental price of the apartments would continue to rise. I did not feel the community had anything to offer that was above and beyond what other communities in the area offered at a lower rental rate. The area was nice but I would go with a nicer community if I were going to pay that much for rent.

I recently moved to Fresno and tried looking for many properties before deciding to sign up lease with North Creek. North Creek is one of the best places to stay in.
Staff is very courteous, responsive. Neighborhood is very quite and safe.

After i started staying in and i had one of my friend move in North Creek too.

The staff here has been very responsive to our needs and concerns.

We had a stove that somehow developed a major malfunction, the management kindly replaced it with a brand new one, it works perfectly.

We are very happy with the landscape, being big tree lovers, it's like a park. We appreciate the health and fitness features like the pools and the gym, which are always well maintained.

We feel safety and unmolested in this commmunity!

Love the staff, the girls and are so nice and very quick with the maintenance and services.

The staff is very courteous and helpful.They give you the option to have a accent color painted in your apartment.The free coffee in the office is great.Its the best value in this area. Great location!!!!

This property is quiet and park like. The apartments are modern and roomy. One could have all the recreation desired without leaving the community. It is very close to shopping and schools.

My family and I have lived here for about 3 years and we have never had a problem with the apartment. The staff is always very friendly and the maintenance staff takes care of any issues quickly. The neighbors are friendly and there are lots of areas for the children to play. The pricing is exceptional and there are many amenities.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and sincerity that the leasing agent displayed during my visit. The community offers the whole package. Contemporary and spacious apartments, beautiful grounds and various amenities can all be found at the community.

I have resided at North Creek for over five years with my son. I lived here when everything was blue! From the greenery and up keep of the pool, gym, and grounds to the staff in the office (both old and new management) North Creek has always been a pleasant and lovely place to live. The staff all around are quite friendly and work hard to keep the community beautiful and involved. I've seen people come and go and watched as things went from blue to brown, but North Creek remains warm and has a home like feeling because it is home.

The community is very inviting. The landscaping made it look very serene and calming.

The community was very attractive. The agent did an exceptional job showing me the grounds. She was very energetic and positive about the property. The other agent was also very pleasant and professional over the telephone.

The area was very lovely and I loved the fact that there was a security person on the grounds 24/7.
