I would rent from this community due to the area, the community and staff. This community is very well kept and very clean. My first impression of this community is a good one and the staff is very nice and upbeat. The staff brought warmth when I visited the community.

The community and apartment were nice. The leasing agents offered respect and a friendly attitude while also being very knowledgeable about what they had to offer their residents.

My experience at this property was commendable. All three of the leasing agents have excellent customer service skills, accompanied by great attitudes and communicative skills. The consistency of building rapport, very easy to talk to and to be as focused as my agent was. I felt important. Oh and yesterday, I received a thank you card in the mail from the agent I did the phone part of the shop with.

The community offered amenities, like a fitness center and pools throughout the site for everyone. The community was large and offered great opportunity for the first time renter. It was cozy.

The community is appealing, with several positive features. The amenities offered by the community offer residents comfortable living,and make the rental rates reasonable. The Leasing Professional was welcoming and they presented several positive aspects of the property. The Leasing Professional gave me their attention and spent the time to determine my needs. Based on this visit I would enjoy calling this community home, or recommending it to others.

I went to North Creek to take a tour and I was straight ignored by the manager!!! This staff is as rude as they can come. A leasing agent came to help me and she was nice, but it looks like she hates her job by the look on her face. The supervisor approached the leasing agent when I was at her desk and started arguing with her about a resident. He was commenting on how dumb the resident was. Once I heard the supervisor talking bad about a resident I was out of there. Shame on this Manco Abbott property. I will never rent here. I was in shock that a supervisor would speak like this in front of a potential renter. I wonder what he says behind peoples backs.

The community was very reasonable and the staff was wonderful.

I would definitely consider living at this property. The grounds were very soothing and park like. The location was great centrally located and nearby many conveniences. The property also offered a pool and a spa as well as the outdoor volleyball courts.

The customer service from the leasing agent there was great. Everyone there was very friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment community was appealing.

This was a nice community on the outskirts of town, but still close to everything you need. The management was very nice and the grounds were clean. There were two pools, which was nice in case one was too busy. The apartments were spacious and not a terrible price for what was offered.

If you are looking for an apartment that makes you feel like you are up in the mountains because of all of the tall trees this is the community to see. It is a beautiful community with all the amenities you could ask for.
