Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator
This is an older community with ragged sun shades hanging on patios and balconies. The apartment I viewed was clean and move-in ready. However, the unkempt entrance would have prevented me from even entering if not on a tour.

The leasing agent was friendly and helpful. She seemed proud of the community and the upgraded apartment. She created a sense of urgency but did not ask me to fill out an application or leave a deposit.

My experience touring this community was good overall. Every question I had was answered and the leasing professional did mention some nice perks to living here. I liked that everything was free. They did not expect residents to pay for activities. The leasing professional was also overall very neutral about the community. What they had was what they had and she was not going to make any excuses for it.

The community seemed outdated to me and nothing was said or done during the tour to make me feel excited about living there.

The community was attractive, and well kept.

It was a good interaction. The leasing professional was knowledgeable about the community. I found her lacking in talking about the surrounding area. Shopping medical centers etc. She did not show enough of the community grounds. I found her to be sincere and willing to help me find a home. Her presentation of the apartment was good and her closing was good.

Located in nearby heart of Phoenix, this community's most appeal feature was in it's location. Hwy 17 and Hwy 101 were both easily accessed by its location, making a commute to most areas of Phoenix a breeze and the savings on gas would be notable. All the first level apartments had an appealing vinyl style flooring for all who might have allergies, pets or just hate the upkeep of carpet. It had a fair amount of storage for an apartment. The patio contained a large storage area with a door that was lockable, and the unit itself, for the two bedroom any way, had linen closets, a pantry and good kitchen cabinet storage. The community offered a business center complete with a fax and internet service and desk top computers for resident use. The children had activities to keep them busy, and an activity center just for them was dedicated next to the business center. The management takes an active role in accommodating the residents who live there, and try to resolve any issues a resident has if it interferes with the residents peaceful living.

There was litter in the parking lot, the signs were in disarray, and the community needed some attention and detail. The model being located right behind the leasing office provided limited opportunity to view the community amenities.
