Because of the poor service record. My neighbors help out more than the staff. My other 2 apartments in Mesa did not have that problem.

I would if I felt as important as new residents getting newly decorated apartments. I am old and really dread having to move when lease comes up.However I really need a new carpet and flooring would be nice. Also would like lick on bathroom. I put a lock on shed myself.

The rent is a decent price for what a 2bdrm and 2bath go for. Also, washer and dryers are available inside apt or onsite. It's not the biggest apt but it's manageable.
