Nice Complex and Amenities at a Decent Price
The Villas at Nature Walk is a well-kept complex with above average amenities, such as a workout room, pool, and dog park. The actual apartments are slightly above average, with stainless steel appliances, fake hardwood floors, laminate counters, and standard washers and dryers.
For the most part, the apartment complex provides residents with privacy, but one will occasionally hear the neighbors through the walls, which leads to questioning of the overall quality of the construction. The leasing agents are polite and attempt to get to know each resident on an individual level.
The rules that are spelled out within the contract are strictly enforced. For example, if the trash is placed in the dumpster but not pushed all the way into the compactor, management will send out a notice. Also, if any guests want to use the amenities, management will make sure that the resident is present at all times.
The cost of the apartments are much higher than some of the others in the area. Though the complex is brand new and the amenities are nice, it is not very close to any good shopping or restaurants.
