Once you've signed a lease, any amicable treatment by management and staff will cease. Condescending and rude is what you will get.

I've been a resident of San Miguel for 3 years. The heated pool that the apartments market as being heated year round at 82 degrees has never been 82 degrees. I have written this in this survey every year and no change/ The second pool's hot tub never works. Both pools and hot tubs are unkempt and dirty. I will be giving notice to vacate. Weights in gym always broken, poor ventilation in gym, which I always go to daily. Always hot in gym.

Overall, the community is beautiful, well maintained, and maintenance does a very good job with the upkeep and trash around the complex. My only concern is some of the residents. Some have 3-4 people over and take all the parking so that we can't park. Some throw trash everywhere, play loud music, let their children ruin flower beds, make a mess, and scream. Maybe more security/better parking enforcement.

The staff at San Miguel are all professional and very personable. They all try very hard to make our apartment experience positive and hospitable.

Stop cutting down trees, and fix the water.

I love San Miguel! I will be moving into a one bedroom from my current 2 bedroom. I will only live at San Miguel.

The maintenance staff is great. Good turn around time on problems and very nice staff.

I haven't lived in an apartment complex so considerate. Dotty has always gone the extra mile and more. In 5 years, I have only had one instance of unprofessional or discourteous attitude to me. I have recommended this complex to others and will continue to as long as I'm here. My major complaint, if you will, would be how the water is managed. Paying admin fees, the water, and more fees if they arrange to pay online.

I am proud to call this community home. I have recommended this apartment complex to many people. Keep up the great work.

Both my husband and I love it here! They may want to consider another laundry facility. Also, put some lights where the mailboxes are at night. Other than that, this is our home and we would definitely recommend it for others to live here! The management, staff, and maintenance are friendly and professional. They get the job done and most of all, they are proud and care for community.

Every time I have had an issue, management has been on top of making sure it gets taken care of. If I were to be picky about the details, I would say that the only things that could be fixed are as follows: sprinkler system, patios, and light fixtures. Sprinkler system shoots water on cars and all over sidewalks. Sometimes, cannot get to my apartment without getting wet. They did reposition the sprinklers by my car, only after I said something. Patios should have something on bottom to block leaves from blowing in. Brand new light fixtures should be regularly cleaned. Lots of spider webs and bugs collect there/ Otherwise, entire complex is near spotless.

It would be nice to have park benches at some of the very shady and grassy areas. A dog park would be nice with benches. Maybe trashcans by the doggy poop bags or more statios for the poop bags. Caution sign by the bus stop like "cautions, children playing in area." I would like to say my dog and I are very happy living at San Miguel.

We have been residents here for the past 3 years. We enjoy the community, staff, and love the location. Our apartment residents are friendly, and so is the leasing staff, management, and maintenance team. Enjoying the newly renovated buildings (new paint and lights.) Thanks for keeping us happy here, will lease again!

Everything is good.

Need more parking spaces away from or clear of the sprinkler system because the water in sprinklers ruin car paint, windows, and exterior (hard water stains.) Have serious ant infestation problem. Management has called exterminators, have provided repellants, and have offered home remedies, but infestations continue inside cabinets, behind cabinets, and inside microwave. Problem is outside due to infrastructure (i.e. standing water, cooler system, fruit trees near buildings.)
