Intrusive community rules

This is my second survey. The first I was a little more optimistic that being a newer building things would improve but they have been trending poorly

This is a nice building and the staff cares about making it better all the time.

The product and amenities are good. The location is great. Need to rethink management that can cater to this price point clientele.
