Not a place for families. There are far too many students here who clearly like to party until the sun comes up.

I love all the amenities that Skysong has to offer, but you can tell the buildings were rushed to be built. When it rains the parking structure floods, the elevators are the hottest things I have ever stepped foot in, the apartments have knicks and dings in door frames from being installed.

I really enjoyed my visit. The amenities were clean, but the breezeways were not. I understand the vacant unit I saw was not sharp clean. I would take care of the breezeways; they are very dusty. I think for a community of this level, this is not acceptable. We passed a garage door that was extremely dusty like it was never cleaned. The staff is great, and the clubhouse and other amenities are great as well.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Of course it is new, but the staff is super friendly and down to earth. They are not snotty and they genuinely care about the customer. I know I would be well taken care of here.

This property is located in a newly expanding neighborhood adjacent to a University. The fitness center sounded wonderful to me and I would be interested in learning more about that amenity. I was concerned about the level of customer service, as I was completely ignored by some of the staff.

The layout of the community was very unusual in that it surrounded the parking garage. Thus there would be no particular need to opt for one floor over another. I was somewhat disappointed that the community did not have an equipped business center. Also the signage to the office was lacking. It may be because there was some construction going on.

The leasing agent was friendly and professional. She seemed very proud of the community and of the apartment and the amenities. She overcame my objection, created a sense of urgency and made me feel welcome.

The leasing professional was very friendly and helpful. She conveyed a welcoming, enthusiastic manner and seemed focused on my needs. The community had great amenities with a pool, the clubhouse with Wi-Fi, two-story techno-gym, cardio and the spin room. She said that they had elevators. There were many extra amenities that I have not found at other communities such as a spin room, Starbucks coffee, masseuse and someone who does facials. The rental cost was good for the large square footage in the apartment and a washer/dryer in it. I was shown the community and apartment amenities, in an enthusiastic manner, and would consider the community as a great option for my new home. I would recommend it to others.
