I "would" based on the location and amenities, along with proximity to shopping and restaurants. - I "would not" based on the traffic, noise, and lack of enforcement when it comes to basic community standards. Taylormade is for show only, they do nothing.

I would not recommend The Links at Rea Farms to anyone that is opposed to living and being constantly surrounding by cigarette and marijuana smoke. Cigarette butts are all over the grounds in the back of the building and parking lot.

I would recommend because itâs extremely safe. Also prior to COVID-19 I enjoyed the opportunity to meet others. Now itâs a bit isolating but understandably so. All in all I enjoyed the experience I have had.

The girls in the office and the maintenance staff are AMAZING!! It's also a great location and the townhouse I'm leasing is perfect for me, for now.

The Links at Rae Farms is a great community. The apartments and amenities are very well appointed. The property is always clean and I feel very safe here.

It was great until hundreds of teenagers took over the green Every Single Night in the summer, drinking, making a lot of noise, leaving trash everywhere, driving fast up and down the street, and generally doing what drunk teens do. It should not have taken 3 months for something to be done about this. This is the main reason I'm not as enthusiastic about The Links as I once was.

The units themselves are beautiful. But the nonenforcement of certain rules and the tolerance that is given to allow such noise from non-residents over a resident is not acceptable. Literally my cabinets, light fixtures, and windows rattle from the jumping and running that goes on above me.
I cannot wrap my head around how regular and frequent overnight visitors causing excessive noise is not a violation when it is as excessive as it is and impacts actual residents.

Rea Farms is an excellent Apartment Complex. Very Professional and extremely clean! Fantastic Amenities and a very friendly atmosphere.
