We like our apartment , but recently we have encountered loud music from next door. Im not sure why someone has to be so loud , but its annoying . Especially late at night. Our floor used to be clean but its changing. Spots all on the floor, trash on the floor for trash pickup. I have no problem with The Lake Vue establishment , it's the people who are moving in.

I feel very comfortable here and Safe here ! I feel it is expensive to live here .

Although they are trying to bring the standards back up, from what I’ve see, there is a long way to go before they return to the standards they themselves are setting.

The one thing I’m unhappy about is the people living above me make so muchheavy walking half of the night it shakes the chandelier. Leeps us awake.

The grill is closed for over 1 year and the pool is closed on weekends

I prefer a quiet community and I’ve been hearing my neighbors have heavy heels and it shakes my light fixtures and is annoying to hear. There’s also a lot of general shouting and door slamming that I’ve been hearing more and more. I also dislike that we can’t have mats outside of our apartments. The halls look colder, more clinical, and less homey.
The amenities are great though. There have been times when the plants and weeds have not been kept but they’re kept most of the time.
I would also appreciate more of a warning next time the halls are cleaned or anything happens that may impede me leaving or entering my apartment. My house did not know of the painting the floors until it was happening and now there are blue footprints in my walkway.
The staff is very friendly and personable. Very happy with them.

Great and quiet place, very safe for family and children.

I really dislike the way that common areas are always dirty. The elevators, the garbage next to elevator, main entrance of the building (spider web full of insects), pool area, garbage area. After the floor painting the breezeways are better, but before that they are super dirty.

It's home, and I love it.

I love the location and view! However, I wish the pool was larger, or had a hot tub. I also think a walking path around the pond would be nice.
