I would recommend this complex to others as it is well-kept, has a good selection of amenities, and is in close proximity to a lot of stores, restaurants, and attractions. I would warn them of some unnecessary rules surrounding guest parking and how/when the pool can be used.

Would not if you have a lots friends or family because if you want to celebrate your birthday, Christmas, special events, etc they need to pay parking for more than 4 hrs in the community

It is a beautiful property but my takeaways are that the parking for guests is very inconvenient, there is no safe place in the immediate area to go for a run and the exit to get here from i4 is a nightmare.

Overall very nice place to live. The blind spot turning the corner coming into the facility must va addressed. A convex mirror showing drivers whatâs around the corner is needed badly. People stop to unload in front of building one and Iâve almost ran into them several times. Please mount a mirror on the pole by the compactor!

If the elevators worked more I would. Everyone in my building is extremely frustrated that the elevators are out of order for 2 weeks or even longer. It makes you alter your daily lives.
