Since moving in over 2 years ago the cleanliness and smell of hallways is not good. There are tenants that have marijuana scent that comes into other people's apartments. Mail packages are always getting lost.

Before relocating we looked at over 25 prospective rentals and Marshall Park came in first place with its price and the amenities of: gym, pool, monthly pet spa, monthly brunch, bike share program, and location on the greenway. I would share that information in a future recommendation, with the added knowledge of amenity limitations.

The dog urine and feces problem is unacceptable. Residents need to be held accountable and urine smell and stains need to be regularly cleaned especially from entrances to buildings

I moved here because I was recommended. So I would want to do the same for someone else. It's a good living space and community right in the middle of what I think is the most important part of Raleigh.

I would recommend Marshall Park to friends and family, but with a few call outs. First... I would discourage most parties from rented on the ground level. Two reasons... walls facing hallways have insects crawl from outside into your living space and cell reception is poor at this ground level.

Although I rarely hear people on either side of me the noise from upstairs is excessive. I've had multiple guests visit my apartment express shock at how noisy they are. Also the getting in and out of the garage is very frustrating at times due to the retaining wall being down and only being able to use one exit out of the complex

This is by far the most welcoming, clean, and upgraded communities in the area!
The only downside is the newer residents that have moved in over the past few months do not share the same cleanliness, parking, pet (cleanup), and noise guidelines as when we first moved in last spring.
