Value.

The complex has not been kept up over the last several years. the paint on the outside of the building is peeling. When they powerwash, they leave the screens on and make the windows look horrible. The place has been under construction for months. It just seems that a corpoartion is trying to make money and doesn't really care what the tenants think. How it appears when we want to invite people over and the place is looking so run-down.

Overall, my time in MP has been good, but there have been some rocky points. The apartment was infested with roaches when I moved in. I’ll never forget seeing roaches the size of my fingernail crawling down the bathroom wall and on the kitchen counter. Had a leak in my storage room and was told I had to move my stuff out and to a new space but Maintenance was not allowed to help me. My movers put that stuff in the storage. I had a lot of time to be really annoyed with MP as my daughter and I made over 20 trips moving my stuff in our little wagon carts. I won’t forget that. So, a “4” for the good times but the bad was really bad, so can’t give a “5.”

Too expensive, gym isn’t that great .. could use a real bench bar or squat rack for what we pay

Less access to outside people. All doors needing the keyfob's use.

It's an inviting environment and very good customer service. Our managers are the best around!

The rent is getting to be expensive compared to similar apartments around the area

I think they have let the complex go and it is not worth the price that is being charged.
Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey and sharing your thoughts about living at Marshall Park. Our resident’s satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and reading these reviews and hearing resident feedback helps us to make Marshall Park a better place for all of our residents. The onsite management team has continued working very hard to get items throughout the community taken care of as quickly as possible. While we did complete exterior building and garage pressure washing earlier this year as well as update the outdoor furniture cushions at the North Courtyard and Sky Lounge. We are looking forward to the other exciting projects slated to take place within the next few months. And for the replacement items to arrive. Thankfully, after several labor and supply delays on replacement items and large projects, we will be starting the large projects planned for this year and are currently awaiting the arrival of replacement items such as: The pool table replacement in the Billiards Lounge, Gas grill replacements in both Courtyards, and the starting of projects such as: The Corridor flooring replacements throughout the community hallways, and Corridor painting throughout all hallways, to all take place in the upcoming months.

The only things that would make me hesitant to recommend this community are the inconvenient recycling and call boxes. It is very tedious to have to drive down to the dumpster just to recycle cardboard, and the call boxes, especially for the garage, are too confusing and it is frustrating having to explain it to people every time they use them.

I have recommended this community to friends and family. However, most of them feel it’s too expensive. They don’t see the reason for the expensive rates.

Grounds upkeep is the only thing holding this place back. It may have looked luxury a few years ago, but the walls and floors in the hallways need work. I was going to say that the courtyards also need work, but it is actually being addressed already!
