Apartment relatively nice, closet a little small, amenities are kept up nicely, staff is very friendly and helpful. Basic footprint of building is not great, angle of building does not take advantage of natural light for most apartments. Lower Parking level is too crammed but unfortunately canât be changed now

There are now better buildings in the neighborhood that have better prices. I haven't seen any improvements to the facility in a while.

I pay way too much for what I am getting. The staff is rude and ineffective.

I hate living here. My apartment is noisy, little is done about complains, I didnt even want to stay after a few weeks of moving in.

Power goes out once a week in any type of wind. Noise level is extremely loud. Parking gate is always broken. water pressure is too low. Because of poor insulation costs a lot to keep apartment cold or warm. Constant road closures and construction
