Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Unit is fine. Customer service quality has gone downhill since we started. Lack of prompt service makes things feel unkempt.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Apartment relatively nice, closet a little small, amenities are kept up nicely, staff is very friendly and helpful. Basic footprint of building is not great, angle of building does not take advantage of natural light for most apartments. Lower Parking level is too crammed but unfortunately can’t be changed now

There are now better buildings in the neighborhood that have better prices. I haven't seen any improvements to the facility in a while.

Still upset about amenities and lack of security

I pay way too much for what I am getting. The staff is rude and ineffective.

We will be reaching out shortly to set up a meeting with you in the hopes that we can better improve your experience. Thank you for feedback!

I think the location is fantastic and I like the layout. Once again, missing storage and hope to not increase rent cost next year.

Price. Rent prices are becoming unsustainably high.

Condition of property has gone downhill. Even simple requests get push back and office staff is defensive rather than helpful

Would recommend based on apartment, rates, office staff, amenities, location. Maintenance staff needs an upgrade.

Great neighborhood and very attentive and friendly management staff.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

thin walls, constant construction, and noisy neighbors make it very loud 24/7, garage door has been broken for months

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Power goes out once a week in any type of wind. Noise level is extremely loud. Parking gate is always broken. water pressure is too low. Because of poor insulation costs a lot to keep apartment cold or warm. Constant road closures and construction

Location and price. Decent amenities but the location is impossible to meet
