The staff were very warm and welcoming. The community was well kept and the apartments were nice and cozy. The community amenities were great. The community was near a lot of restaurants, shopping areas, and entertainment. This property would be a great place to call home.

This place has only been open for occupancy for five months. The specials being offered and the location combined make for a very good deal. If I was to rent now, I would be the first occupant in the apartment. They have 55 different floor plans, giving you lots of options. Although located in an urban setting, this particular street if quiet and low key. I was very impressed with both the property and the service here.

This new community is on par with the others that are developing. Very nice addition to the neighborhood.

The apartment building was a few months old. The apartments were appealing with the large windows and European wood flooring. The kitchens opened out into the living room spaces, with no real division. The apartments were cozy and bedrooms carpeted with hypo-allergenic carpeting. The location was desirable in an up and coming neighborhood.

I loved the color chosen for the floors of the apartment. It made it stand out.

There were no amenities shown to where I could make an on-site evaluation. The printed brochure received did promise an upscale way of life. It appeared that the amenities and overall community would be exciting and amenable. What was seen did display an excellent attention to detail. The value compared to the leasing price was inflated to meet a perception and appeared to be overinflated for a certain demographic.

This seemed to be an amazing community and would be great once construction was 100% finished.

The community was the new and exciting property close to work and extracurricular activities.

This was a beautiful place. This is worth the time and money to live in this community. The price is high, but well worth it. It has a good location and it is within walking distance to many places in the area.
