The staff are very attentive and respond very quickly to any questions/concerns. I haven't encountered too many rowdy neighbors, so most of the residents are on the same page.

The staff was personable and friendly. The atmosphere of the location was inviting; a place I could call home. The amenities offered were a great value, including the the apartment. This was a place I would want to come home from work from and just enjoy.

My first impression of the community was extraordinary. The lobby was clean and well kept which had me excited about my tour. The staff was friendly. Although the rents are a bit pricey, you get what you pay for with all of the amenities included in the rent.

Although this is a fabulous community, the rental rate is very expensive and I find it hard to believe that a one bedroom apartment is worth that rate not including utilities. The amenities were fabulous and the apartment features were state of the art; however affordability was obsolete in this case.

I did not like that there was not a pool so I would have to pay extra money per month to use the one at the YMCA. I did not like that there was not a balcony in the apartment for the amount of rent charged.

The community was indeed impressive and I found that having a YMCA located at the bottom of the property to be extremely convenient due to the fact the fact that there was not a pool available in the property.

If I were a real customer, the only thing that would have prevented me from the leasing was the amount of rental rate required for the space. The apartments were gorgeous, but small for the area. While the amenities and upgrades were beautiful, I would rather live in an apartment with more of the historic charm at a more affordable rate.

The leasing professional created a rapport that made me feel very comfortable and welcome at the community.
