The apartment space is good and the building new enough. However the clothes washing machine is very old! Also the changes made to the entertainment center made it somewhere we don't use anymore.

In our first year living at Metro, I would have recommended this place without a doubt! It was really amazing. Over the past few years, we have been less satisfied with the staff and over community state. When our lease is up, we will likely be moving out. Possibly sooner.

Good amount of space, AC, GYM, pretty good parking for yourself and guests (this is a huge deal), good soundproofing, trash is good, kitchen is a 10/10

Location is good, apartments are good, amenities are good. However office staff leaves much to be desired, and I've heard/experienced and endless sea of negative things regarding building policy (e.g. parking policy, package delivery policy, etc.), and when you're paying such a high price I expect better.

With the packing change the office staff has been really rude with the timings. Some things are urgent and time sensitive. You should consider pick up next day if its after 5pm. Also, the call box is not functioning over a year now. What is the point in coming down to pick up packages and letting someone in!

The rates are too high in my opinion, so I would not recommend because of that. But the staff and maintenance crew are phenomenal, so I would recommend this place because of them if prospective tenants donât mind the high rent

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your parking fees. We have worked on staying competitive with our surrounding communities and from our research our prices are on par if not cheaper than other communities in our area. We would love to discuss this more with you and hopefully determine what would be a more fair and competitive rate .
