I'd recommend based on common property amenities and friendly staff only, not the high prices. To be frank, it's better just buying a house for the monthly rents we pay.

Rent is high. There are apartment complexes in the area where rents are lower and apartments are updated.

Although I donât personally now know more than 1 family ( who I knew from elsewhere) I feel the âneighborsâ seems to have changed. Transient. Just in bldg 9 Iâve had at least 4 -5 different neighbors across the hall in 7 years.
