Would like to see an after hours dropbbox. Entryways could use power wash. Trash sits and leaves dirty spots. Recycling bins, separate pickup.

I feel safe ehre. Grounds are well lit, but could be more security or police drive thrus. Grounds are kept up well and are clean. Parking is sometimes a problem, people who don't live here take spaces. Trash dumpster could be improved, one is not enough for entire facility.

Great staff all around. When I had an issue, they dropped everything and fixed it immediately. It was corrected the first time! Grea customer service and very welcoming.

All the staff in the office is great, very nice, and friendly. I love our apartment, very clean and has a lot of great windows. Parking is great compared to other apartments. I have never had a problem with parking.

We are very new. So far so good. Love being close to park/pool. I don't know if you did that intentionally, but thank you. Still need to figure out living room. Have to admit, it's an odd setup and could use more plugs for different things. Hopefully comcast helps when they come. We are very happy overall.

When icicles form on stairways, it is very dangerous to walk underneath, especially when they are thawing. When it snows, sidewalks need to be shoveled a little earlier, some of us leave earlier than others.

The maintenance men should only come between the hours specified, not earlier than specified. Should provide more secure locks on the front door so that they don't open when locked. The deadbolt is the only thing locking the door. The door can be opened and pushed in when locked. There should be a lock on the bottom as well.

Trash situation is AWFUL. The trash guy is sometimes comes, usually not on time, and there aren't enough days for pickup. Need a dumpster badly, it looks bad to have weekend trash outside everyone's doors. Otherwise, maintenance is AMAZING and management is great. Best I've seen so far. I would renew m lease if it wasn't so expensive.

I like living here, but the rent is becoming increasingly harder for me to handle! The state of Colorado needs to establish some type of rent control to protect the tenants. If necessary I will have to move to cheaper apartments. They may not be attractive, but they are definitely affordale. I'm not recommending any improvements, and I hope the other residents don't either because the owners wil raise the rent to meet the expenses for the improvements and then thank us for our recommendations.

I am happy with the community. However, I do not agree with the rent increase amount. I also think the layout of the apartment is not good, given the bedroom doors are by the front door. I was never able to get setup on your portal to pay my rent or place service requests. Had this problem since day one.

The dog station holds two boxes of bags, yet they only put one box of bags. Please put two boxes so that they are never all gone. I would like to have my entryway power washed, there is so much bird poop on the light fixtures and ground. The tall street light in front of Building 7 is always burned out. Please fix this. It would be nice if we could pay rent with a credit or debit card.

Maintenance has been outstanding and super helpful! Leasing staff is always friendly. We just moved in about 2 months ago and have not met the manager, so it's hard to give feedback on her directly. Only thing that I could say that's negative is that sometimes it is hard to cotnact office via phone. It seems like this will be a fine place to call home. Thanks.
