Ive been here, going on 3 months and love my new place. The community itself is great and everyone is so nice. The staff is always friend. Great place to live!

Carriage Place has been a nice place to live after selling my home. I have never been treated without respect in any situation that has taken place. Issues happen like any other apartment. I have had several water problems bing on the 1st floor which is always caused by the apartment above me. Sub-contractors could be more careful. The assistant manager is very receptive and extremely pleasant to work with.

I am very pleased to be living at the Carriage Place. The staff are wonderful! I always get a quick respons for any maintenance issues. However, I was a bit disappointed with the increase in my lease.

This property could be the best in this area. We finally got a manger that cares for the property community. Many things have been lacking here. For instance, the parkside landscaping is a lot to be desired as for upkeep and response to snow removal upkeep of trees and bushes. For the amount we pay in rent, I expect the Simpsons to do a better job. The corporate office seems very disinterested or actually don't care.

I did come in to request a maintenance issue over a month agao and no one ever called me. It was a minor issue that I resolved myself. I'm sure it was a miscommunication between us. I really appreciate the extra goodies, parties etc... fun!

Current management is the best its been in the past six years.

There have been several issues with my unit both prior to move-in and after. Many of these issues hve been inconvenient and some have damaged some of my personal belongings. During the processof getting the repairs made to the unit I have found that the staff, specifically Ashley and Brittany have been very responsive to my needs and have extended every effort to bring resolution to these issues.

I have zero complaints about this property. I was a little hesitant to move in after reading reviews online, but none of the negative comments about the staff have been true. Any need I've had has been met in ample time and everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance staff has been so great

Dumpster in parking area by my apartment, trash flies all over and it takes up guest parking.

The office staff is great! Very friendly and quick to respond to service requests. The community functions are a wonderful touch to help you get to know the staff and other residents. My only complaint is that my washer/dryer unit has not been updated and looks to be 20 yrs. old. It would be nice to have somethin more energy efficient.

The community is great. Customer service is awesome. I enjoy all the events that take place and the amenities. I definitely like the coffee in the clubhouse. One that that would be nice to have is having the pool available all year long. Another thing is having a hose or shower in teh steam room to clean it out/rinse it down.

Trash compnay extremely rude. Would liek yearly furnace filters replaced. Wouyld like yearly exterior window cleaning

The property is very clean and well kept. The staff is really friendly. Oneof the downfalls is the water/valet trash vendor. The valet trash will often drop trash and they just leave it. The water vendor does nto make it easy to pay - if you pay online and/or late they charge outrageous fees. Also, being here in the winter I noticed thei nsulation was horrible. I could sit by the window and feel a draft. This caused my electricity bill to be extremely high all through winter.

Very good service.

1. If trash can were larger that w/be helpful because the avg trash bag will not fit in the smaller cans. 2. Ashley is absolutely amazing and is always wonderful. 3. Problem with balancing the heat - hot up stairs, cold down stairs. Better insulated windows w/probably be helpful.
