I would really suggest better signage to finding the office building.

The community and apartments were beautiful, but I felt the pricing was a little high.

This was a really pretty, well kept community. It was located in a great location with very good shopping.

This was a great community with lots of open parking. It was a very high end community with great community features, very nice community and homes. There were lots of shops, restaurants and places to walk in the area, including an on-site dog park and a park that was not that far away.

The community had a lot of curb appeal in every sense. The grounds, flowers, trees and payment areas were free of stains, and in pristine condition. The apartment building were eye catching, in their half brick bottoms and cool color upper half. I would be very happy living there if I were actually looking. The community sells itself, as well as the amenities, attached garages, washer/dryers and upgraded items. The value for the community, apartment, amenities was a great deal.

The community offers upscale living in the heart of the city.

The community itself was nice, clean, and very appealing to the eye. I could see myself living there and felt I would be really happy living there. However, I would not lease from here based on this experience.

If I was in the market for an apartment, I would most likely lease an apartment at the community because I loved the location. Likewise, I loved the apartment features, especially the granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and attached garage.

This was a great community. The location was so convenient, especially if looking for something in the DTC area. There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. There was easy access to the major highway and it was accessible to all areas from downtown to the airport without being right on the highway. There were some additional amenities, such as the fitness center and merchant discounts. The full size washer/dryers in each apartment were nice and the attached garages were nice. This would be a great place to call home.

The community offered unique floor plans. The apartments felt like a house.

The community is well located and looks very comfortable and appealing. It has large trees around, and the apartments look more like homes and townhomes. Streets wind attractively throughout. The leasing professionals I communicated with were outstanding in courtesy and friendliness. This felt like a very nice and comfortable place to live, although the apartments are dated and the rate seems somewhat high.

I was impressed with the community and the apartment. I felt the style of the homes were modern, and I would be happy to live in the community.

The curb appeal of the community was excellent. The floor plan was unique and not a standard box, which created interest and appealed to me. The apartment I toured had not yet been upgraded, so the finishes and appliances were somewhat dated, but otherwise, it was attractive and appealing. I had a great connection with the leasing agent. She was personable, professional, friendly and fun. She was thorough and made a good attempt to get to know me and what I wanted and needed and I enjoyed my time at the community and meeting the agent.

The community amenities had been attractively remodeled and appealed to me because they used up-to-date equipment. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property was colorful and neat, with good attention to detail. The rent was a little high for this community but the amenities added value. The pools were sparkling and inviting. The leasing professional was friendly, a good listener, confident, courteous, and made me feel that my needs would be fully met. I also found good teamwork between the two leasing professionals I met. I found this community to be pleasant and would recommend it.
