I would recommend living in these apartments because it's close to the freeway, it's close to some convenient stores, and grocery stores. Location why it's great. Customer service from the personnel seem genuine and open to help.

This community is in a great location and very well positioned from the freeway, goods and services, and amenities. However, not all of that was pointed out by the leasing professional but rather left up to me to find out. I felt that the leasing professional did a good job, however.

The apartment was well maintained. Had this been a real situation, I would have considered the apartment. The greenbelt in the back made for a peaceful view.

Great gated community close to shopping and many places to dine, close to freeways and other adventures. The mountains are close by for some fun in the winter. Plenty of shopping in the local area. Close to Seattle, Bellevue minutes away from the airport. Great location for just about everything.

The community was a hidden gem in the middle of the city. The homes were large and modern. There was a gorgeous spa on-site and a brand new play area. I could imagine being comfortable there.

I really enjoyed working with the office staff. I enjoyed the layout of the apartments and the community as a whole. Everything looked fresh and clean and very inviting! It had lots of amenities to offer potential tenants.

It was just minutes from stores and a few more to freeway and big malls. It had a home-like feeling rather than apartment.

The community was well kept and clean. You get a whole lot for the amount of money in rent. The sizes of the apartments were pretty large and open. The leasing agent was very professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for somewhere that is nice with all the whistle and bells without the HUGE price try Benson Downs.

When I was driving onto the property everything looked very well groomed the flowers were in bloom. The blacktop areas where clear of trash and other debris. A very nice quite community to call home.
