Very pleased with management and staff. Hands down one of the best communities in the area.

Great customer service. Friendliest staff compared to all places I have stayed at before. Making improvements constantly (i.e. fitness room, building maintenance.) Maintenance team is timely and efficient. Need a Starbucks barista in main office. Thanks!

Love your staff! Great place to live!

The only thing my husband and I feel is lacking with this property is the extremely outdated appliances and lower-end finishes (i.e. carpet, counter tops, etc.) We had high expectations from another Simpson Proerty Group complex (Stoneledge) which had wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and high efficiency everything. The outdate appliances are extremely low efficiency, which is terrible for the environment and increases our utility bills. We do appreciate the wonderful managemen and staff, they are doing an excellent job!

I am disabled, so it would be nice to have a handicapped parking spot closer to my apartment.

Love the community, wish we had air conditioning, though.

Could use a better trash service.

I have lived here almost 7 years. I just moved from a 1 bedroom with den to a one bedroom with attached garage and no stairs. The staff was fabulous in helping me find a new location that fit my needs. Absolutely love it here. Thank you.

Thanks for getting new equipment in the gym.

Windows never washed, bird poop of over a year old. Improve the quality of appliances and countertops. The oven burners are cracked, making cooking with them frustrating. The dryer is rusted and stained my clothes, cheap toilets always running, dishwasher loud, and outdoor light outside bedroom window hums loudly when on. Air conditioning never on, unbearably hot in the summer. Cheap paint, like primer, holds on to every stain. Sloppy paint job. Overall, used the cheapest possibly interior and appliances . Inexcusable rent increases from year to year. A $170 increase is crazy!

Maintenance response is almost immediate and they do a great job. Office staff is friendly and make you feel at home. Community is beautiful.

Rental was not completely ready on move in date: toilet handle, microwave lost, and stone entryway tile cracked.

We love it here at Boulder Creek, though I do wish there were restrictions on how much junk residents should be allowed to keep on their balcony. Some people here use their balconies as "storage," and it's usually unappealing.

Very safe-feeling home with responsive crew when needed. We have been here going on 3 years. PLEASE level out the rent (i.e. stop jumping it up.) Brand new properties are paying less than we are for the same apartment. You are going to price yourself out of the market.
