Grounds are well maintained as well as apartments on the outside. Management is great to work with. Some apartments could use some updates (appliaces, counters, floors, etc.) Front apartments need more maintenance.

I have been at Boulder Creek for 4 years and have been very pleased. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and great about sending out email notices when needed. My only complaint is about the very thin walls between units, ceilings, and floors. The increase in rent every year is very steep. The other complaint I have is valet trash service. I never use it so I hate having to pay every month for it. Thank you for opening the pool early.

The staff here is wonderful. They are caring and very concerned with you not only as a resident, but also as a friend. My apartment view is fabulous and so calming. We never hear much noise at all, and my sense of security is very comfortable. I have never had that feeling in other complexes. My only wish is that the monster bushes be cut back or replaced so that we don't have such an eyesore to look at. The parking is very inadequate for not only visitors, but also residents. On our street of 30 apartments, we only have 7 visitor spaces for parking. Parking anywhere on the property makes for a very hard hike up hills to get home when you have health issues!

Awesome staff! Some parts of the common areas need attention. But overall, great place!

Your staff is very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance is good, but could be a little more thorough. When new tenants move in, do a complete check of all appliances, blinds, lights etc. If anything looks like repairs are needed, do all of them at once. It saves time later with repeat repairs and potentially a disgruntled tenant.

I love my home! It is comfortable and meetsmy eneds with my 2 kids. I wish my appliances were updated and that the landscaping crew would do a better job of keeping areas close to apartments clean. It was better in the past (has there been a change in crews or companies?) I love the management team, they are amazing and work hard.

Would love a children's outdoor play area. Other than that, everything is lovely.

The only thing I miss is having a playground for kids because we cannot walk to any of the parks near the community. The ground floor patios should have some kind of plants to give patio privacy.

Everything is managed great. The grounds are nice and people friendly. No complains. It is a bit expensive after the inital rent and goes up a lot/often.

Everything is terrific! My only concern is the rent increase. That factor alone has caused me to move from complexes in the past. If rent increases aren't kept low for exisiting residents to reward loyalty and good behavior, then I'm deeply disappointed and may move. During landlord-favoring market conditions, raise the rent for new residents but don't hurt existing residents. Thank you!

I have lived at Boulder Creek for 1 year. My rent was raised 15%! This is so outrageous and unfair. Simpson doesn't care and wouldn't work with me. We need the windows washed. If we are going to get gouged by rent price, at least let us see through clean windows. The unit numbers are at the front door and can't be seen from the street.
