Parking is too far away

Not bad they just do not shovel the walk

Decent

My family moved into the Preserve about 3 months ago. It has been pretty decent. Maintenance is very quick to get on a problem when I call which is nice. The staff are all very nice and helpful. We had trouble with the deposit when we first moved in and they worked with us. We also had an issue with the apt not being cleaned before we moved in and we had to move in in a hurry so I had to clean it. When I told the staff what happened they apologized profusely and offered me a free professional cleaning anytime I wanted. My biggest issue is the parking. People park in the yellow and red areas and I feel like it could be handled differently. I have been trapped before because we live in a cul-de-sac and when big work trucks are parked in areas that they shouldn't be it is very difficult to get out. Other wise it is a nice place. Love the pool and hot tub, play ground is nice and gym is decent. The process to apply and get approved was lengthy.

Great Apartments

I love living in this apartments. I love the attention of staff and quality of the apartments. Neighbors are really nice and a quiet residential area. Overall, a great place to live in.

A Great Place to Call HOME

We moved in to our apartment here at The Preserve on Dec. 10th. 2014. My husband was soon to be officially retired from the USAF after 32 years and had landed a leadership job at Wyoming Medical Center here in Casper. We had never been to Wyoming but all I knew was I wanted Mountains and SNOW! LOL. We came barreling in from San Antonio, Tx. and were ready to settle in. The staff here have been remarkable, each one we dealt had a smile on their face and was eager to meet our needs. They still are! Even our two shih Tzu children have been pampered. We have had no issues since moving in. Any maintenance requests have been immediately tended to in a very satisfactory way. We LOVE the area and the fantastic location where these apartments sit. Coming in town and need a place to call home? Come to the right place, The Preserve at Greenway Park

Best Place in Casper

We moved in about 6 months ago and have had a wonderful experience. We LOVE that this is the nicest place in town and we can have our pet. Unfortunately not all pet owners are responsible so every once and a while there are issues with people not picking up. We love the staff here. They always make us feel welcome! The maintenance has gotten SO much better in the past few months with the hiring of some new staff. We didn't want to buy anything in a market we didn't know about and this has been such a great option. Thank you Preserve Staff!

Awesome place to live

Do not rent from The Preserves

I wish I could rate this zero stars. I lived here for 10 months, I initially wanted to sign a 6 month lease like they listed via their online application but they later told me it was not an option. It is extremely overpriced for the quality. Yes they are nice apartments but the fireplaces don't have a fan so they release no heat. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear you neighbors very clearly. The maintenance staff is a complete joke. They took several months to give us 2 blind slats for our living room which break extremely easily. The laundry area has only three washers and dryer for the entire complex and if one breaks you can expect at least a month until it's fixed. In our agreement it stated they would shovel snow from sidewalks and steps but it usually took them 3 or 4 days to do it so it was already packed down or removed by residents. The office hours are not very conducive to anyone who does not work a 9 to 5 schedule. There is dog poop everywhere, all the time. The parking lot is a nightmare, if you get home late you will probably have to park far away from your unit because they do not have assigned parking. The garages are an extra $80 a month and very tricky to get into. They said they are not to be used for storage even though that's what they are most useful as. Upon move-out, we had an outstanding maintenance request that we submitted two and a half months earlier and notified them multiple times of it to make sure we would not get charged on our deposit for it. They assured use as long as the request was submitted there would be no issues. Well two weeks later we got our deposit back and we had been charged for the item. When I called they told me it would be taken care of and I would receive a check soon. Today it has been 34 days since I notified them of my mistake and have still not received my refund. Mind you I still live in Casper so it does not have a long way to go. I would steer people away from here at all costs, it looks nice but it is far from worth it.
Kyle, I am so sorry you clearly did not have the kind of living experience we want for our residents. I have made it my personal goal to prevent these sort of unresolved issues from happening and am sorry to say I was not here and able to that for you. I do believe with our new staff that we are doing everything humanly possible to foster a positive living experience at our community. As for your refund check I did send you an email so that you can confirm privately for me what your address is as I personally sent that out over a month ago. I truly wish I had the capability to go back and provide for you the customer service and piece of mind that all of our residents deserve. I am again, so sorry you had to endure these problems.
I called the office on Friday September 26th to see if my check had been sent and they said no it had not. So finally after the 30 days was up I called the office again and she said she has had it in her folder since last Thursday, the 25th. So I have a hard time believing you mailed it out because I had to go pick it up in person and did not receive a call when it had arrived at the office, and was also not notified the first time I called if it really had been there since Thursday, which is ridiculous.

Poor management

Stressful, money draining.

Horrible management

Over the past month the management has been horrible! They don't care about ALL the residents like they Claim to. We will be breaking our lease ASAP. We don't recommend these outrageously expensive apartments to anybody! Sooo not worth what they claim to be.

excellent apartments and mainteance

Not enough parking space, too close to dwelling and truck/car lights shine into windows. No privacy. Tenants letting dogs run on grass and not picking up after them.

Mostly good

There is no place to park. The apartments around have 4 to 6 adults living in them and they all have a vehicle. Also, a lot of people live here that drive company vehicles so even though only 2 live in the apartment they have 3 vehicles.
