The Verse offers nice, simple apartments at a reasonable rate in the south Seattle neighborhoods. It offers all basic needs and shopping just a short walk from the apartment community.

The community was conveniently located to shopping and dining. The floor plans were well designed. The grounds were well maintained. The rates are affordable.

Based on the fact that I had just made an appointment one hour prior, my impression of the staff was poorly received. The agent did have my phone number as I gave it to her on the phone and she did not communicate with me her intentions of needing to be at the other property, nor to prepare her Leasing Consultant that I was coming.

I would recommend the property to family and friends with the caveat that they would have to have EXTREME patience with Heather at the office. So that might turn off people
