THE PRICE OF RENT IS INSANELY HIGH. The building is nice but with no pool/hotub, a small gym, limited parking garage, the rent is not justified

I’m always telling friends and acquaintances about Twenty/20 Mad. So far though the rents have been slightly out of their price range. Market rate for studios is still tough for the several 20 somethings I’ve mentioned it to.

The gym noise and lack of a security buzzer in my side of the building is the only reason I hesitate to recommend Twenty/20 Mad. However, since the majority of the building doesnât share these downsides I would recommend it and actually did just this week. A guy on social media was looking for a place and I did offer a recommendation to Twenty/20 Mad.
