I would recommend it for the safety in the neighborhood and the amenities. For a larger family or group, I would direct them to look at private houses in the area for less rent.

We like the complex a lot and we're very fond of our apartment. I would overall consider it a nice place to live, and if I ever discouraged anyone from choosing this complex, it would be because Solara is expensive.

Neighbors have made this a miserable place to live and in some cases it's almost unbearable trying to use my own apartment, due to noise. I can't open my windows or door because my upstairs neighbor like to dump beverages like soda and also things like cat litter off his balcony with often comes inside my residence through the screens. I would never reccomended that anyone voluntarily sign up for a living situation like this.

I could never recommend this building to someone who isn't good with stairs because of the frequently inaccessible elevator. Even when it's working correctly, someone might be moving in or out, there is no reservation system so you just take your chances. You could be waiting a very long time.

For those who don't mind occasional stairs, it's still not a very good value when you add on necessary items like parking, trash service, and pet fees.

Too much noise lack of security high rent poor location.

I like living here and would "tell it like it is" to anyone who asked, but I wouldn't discourage people from living here nor would I highly encourage it.

The community was on a very busy and not so safe road. The businesses around were shady, although the community was fairly new and kept up. They offered a community center with a pool table and media room but the apartments themselves were small and dated.

Need to improve cleanliness of mailrooms, cleanliness of gym, and paint/cleanliness of hallways and stairwells. Tanning bed room is often locked when no one is using it and we don't have a key for it. Pool, gym, sauna, and hot tub were advertised and are great selling points, yet I've only been able to use them seldomly due to construction.

Maintenance is not always in time, needs a sense of urgency. Some facilities/equipment pieces are old and need to be taken care of often. Front desk has lost our package and mistaken our packages as other people's packages more than once. This shouldn't happen, big inconvenience. Sound proofing needs to occur. Power out for whole building twice in past 8 months. Emergency solution should be given for such situation.

Central air system (A/C) would be nice, it gets super hot during the summer.

Better vending machines with more selection and cheaper prices. Electronic locks on all doors in Building A for access to doorways and hallways/stairs. Faster garage door. Clean up garbage outside of community. Rate increase after remodel is way too high. Will move somewhere else. More frequent trash/recycling removal in garage.
