The area around feels dangerous and there have been a string of incidents that have made me feel uncomfortable here. The elevators are always down and they have the padding on them constantly. The appliances in the amenity spaces are often broken. The concierge is reachable/at desk maybe half the time. The apartment life programming is minimal. Now that I’ve toured other luxury buildings in the area, I would not choose to live again at Ovation. It is impossible to justify the price without the promo.

Would not as many of the neighbors are appallingly irresponsible and disrespectful. Example, I daily clean up others dog messes simply because my dog deserves better than an area filled with other dogs poop.
