Good location, but lots of street noise. Decent light from the west, almost no natural light from the east. The new condo across the street blocked our view of the mountains. Not enough closet or storage space. The appliances are cheap: pretty much everything but the stove and oven has broken on us.

Utility charge management is a definite concern. The mismanagement of how these are being billed to me is a problem.

Office personnel have been great, maintenance is very quick, and overall I feel very safe and at home in the apartment complex.

The apartments were very nice and not overpriced. I liked the location of the apartment but was a little wary of the busy street especially the noise coming through. I liked the fact that it was central to everything with a grocery store close by.

There were few amenities on site but the availability of things at the other property made up for it. I was comfortable with the area. The Leasing Professional was friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. The property lacked in extras. The price, as with all rental rates in the greater Seattle area, was high.

The community was nice, but it did not stand out from the other options in the area. The most striking feature was the rooftop. I would like to have had a gym on-site.

I liked the location of this community because it was near shopping and restaurants. The community amenities were in great shape and well maintained. The Leasing Professional made me feel welcome and comfortable.

I had an outstanding experience touring the Noba Apartments. The Leasing Professional was knowledgeable of the wonderful features offered. Her friendliness made me want to stay for the rest of the day just to talk with her. She was also professional providing a tour of the building. With grace, she displayed and demonstrated the features that made me want to immediately move in the apartment. I highly recommend the Noba Apartments as a choice place to live. Their service was wonderful.

As a real customer, I would have been displeased with information giving about single people living in the building. As a married couple, my husband would have felt like we might not have fit in since most people there were single.

The community and apartment were appealing. The leasing agent was professional.
