I liked the apartment I was shown and the community was clean and appealing. However, the lack of a microwave in the apartment and a business center onsite were drawbacks. Overall, I wold recommend the apartment community.

Based on the leasing agent's presentation of the community, I would have considered calling it home and recommending to family/friends.

Due to not being soundproof with good conscience I could not recomend this complex to anyone. It is too expensive for all the noise.

I've tried to get lots of my friends to move here... especially ones with dogs!

Rent are expensive including utilities.

Noisy Aurora Highway. Floors/ceilings/walls are "paper thin". A lot of noise, especially from the floor above, is transmitted into my apartment. Very annoying when you can hear your neighbor's every move at 3 in the morning.

Most of our friends are in an age range that prefer updated interiors; again, I feel this is one of the only drawbacks.

I would not because of the huge month to month rent increase. Also, I don't like the automated rent pricing system. I feel that if the company can lower rents and still make money, then they should have the lower rate all the time, rather than trying to get as much from residents as they can.

Pretty decent value for Seattle area neighborhood.

Has everything I am looking for - location, parking, allows pets, laundry in each unit, close to bus lines. The one negative is that when the people walk around above you, it sounds like they are wearing lead boots! Very loud and rattles items in my apartment. Better padding in the carpet or something along those lines would be nice.

The apartment and appliances are very old school and based of what they have to offer the rent is very high.

I felt the staff were very professional and caring. I did think they needed to let people know of a safer way to get to their property on the bus route, those many stairs are way too much for anyone to have to climb. The community itself was very clean, inviting and livable.
