The Leasing Professional did a nice job of answering my questions. She showed me the amenities and an apartment that would fit my needs.

Location is very walkable and the building staff are helpful and responsive.

I hate Ballard and my disdain for Seattle is growing. While your building may provide the services offered well, it's unlikely that will be enough for me not to try to convince people to live in a different city.

Overall the staff and other residents have been extremely welcoming and kind. I enjoy the environment and can say with all honesty that this has been the best rental experience of my life (thus far).

Sometimes I hear loud dog noises inside quiet hours which can be frustrating.

The building is located in a great area of Seattle. Rent is expensive but in line with market as far as I can tell for this square footage and in-suite laundry. Security and parking are concerns; there are often vehicles parked in the lot that do not belong (ie in my reserved spot, or the spots of my neighbors), and packages are often left on the floor of the foyer. Foyer doors and garage doors are not consistently locked which is a security risk. As this is a pet friendly building, sometimes neighbors have dogs that bark throughout the day which is annoying, but that is to be expected in an apartment building. There is an effort by the staff to foster a welcome and inclusive community at Belay. The maintenance staff are friendly.

Lots of amenities, good mid level, but does not have management presence that a "luxury" apartment should

I would not recommend living in the apartments that face 15th street simply because of the noise level of the traffic on 15th street. I have to use ear plugs when I sleep at night. My 8 year old nephew does not like doing sleep overs in my apartment because he cannot sleep at night because of the traffic noise at the 15th. So I have given 10/10 for everything here at Belay but I wish I had not chosen the apartment that directly faces 15th street- one of my biggest regrets regarding my current living situation.

It's expensive for not great quality

The community offered reasonably priced apartments in the heart of Ballard. Apartments were updated and modern and reasonably priced for the Seattle market.

The leasing rate seemed appropriate given the neighborhood.

The Leasing Professional was happy to help me today. The property was clean.

The private huge balcony in the open one bedroom was very awesome.

Based on the way the apartments were described, they seemed like they would be a great fit for my needs if I was personally trying to rent from them. The grounds appeared to be well maintained.
