• Before Prodigy took over this apartment, this place was amazing. We had manager that took care of our needs quickly.... even if it meant going out of her way. I have lived in many apartments and seriously the manager was so awesome!! I really enjoyed living here... until Prodigy took over. Even if you go into the leasing office with a happy face asking a simple question or a request for maintenance, she will raise her voice while you are talking to her with no reason. I have never seen anything like it. I have had her hang up the phone while I was asking her a question, and I went in today to ask her a simple question and she said she didn’t want to talk to me and asked me to leave. I have really never seen anything like it. I called regional office filing a complaint and they have forwarded my email to the regional manager, and she responded to the manager of the property accidentally Ccing me…… Stating that… She asked the girl that worked there if the manager was rude as I have stated and she said no. Ofcourse not, she works for her? And she was LOLing about me over the email and had me Cced on there by accident. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS THEY CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT. All the tenants I have talked to have been extremely unhappy since the change because the new manager is horribly rude and many of them including myself plan on leaving as soon as our lease is up.

One of the worst places I've ever lived. Noisy neighbors, not enough parking, recycling is always overflowing, dog poop everywhere and management does nothing. This is the only place I've ever lived where I had to contact management about noise. The first time, I got a notice on MY door adding me to keep it down. The second time I tapped on a wall and got a call from management saying I was being rude (all this after I've tired to knock on my neighbors door and they won't answer) third time I sent an email and haven't even gotten a response. Now I'm not someone who thinks it should be silent in the middle of the day, but when it's 1am and I have pictures rattling on my wall because the neighbor's bass is so loud, something should be done.

If you move in, beware of promises that are never delivered on. ll, I haven't even gotten SCREENS for my Windows that they did had been missed because I'm the first to live in this unit. Oh and if they try to tell you that there's 6" of concrete in between each unit, walk away right then and there.

Bottom line, if I could give this poorly run, overly priced place 0 stars I would..
