If you call their emergency line it goes to a message system not an actual person you can talk to and when they happen to call you back an hour later so you can tell them your heater isn't working and its the end of fall and your family is freezing they say it's not an emergency I'll fix it tomorrow. Thank you for letting me know this wasn't an emergency I must have accidentally called the wrong number

I would consider leasing at this community.

Spacious. Pretty good area.

I am very frustrated about the management/maintenance not following through on things. On the positive side, I do feel safe in the complex, am pleased with how quiet it generally is, and I really enjoy the view from my apartment.

Honestly, it depends on the situation with my rent. It is a possibility to be slightly flexible. So I've been told. I would be highly disappointed if I have to move due to a disability.

My apartment was not thoroughly cleaned upon initial arrival...the office either didn't answer or returned phone calls prior to moving in...I also had an issue with receiving mail...communication is a huge issue here

The only real shortcoming is the lack of community environments to meet other members of the complex. The pool is nice but it is only viable in warm weather. Beyond that there are generally no opportunities to run into people that live in the complex.

Limited amenities, can be unclean and loud, high turnover rate for personnel and parking is horrible.

Not worth for what they charge to live here

The renovations are very noticeable. Although the community was built 40 years ago, the apartments look great and the buildings almost have a cool retro look.

The square footage was large and the views were great. The amenities were sparse and I felt that most apartments had more amenities to offer. Although the community was renovated, it still seemed dated and old. I did not connect with the property. I felt the rent was pretty high considering the dated feel and lack of amenities.

The community was clean and well kept. The leasing staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially the leasing professional who assisted me. I did not get to tour an apartment, but I would probably recommend this community to others.
