The community was a good location for commuting to Tacoma. The apartment that I looked at was beautifully renovated but the leasing agent said there were no plans to renovate any others. The grounds were well kept but there were crumbling walkways and parts of the drive. Other brand new apartment complexes in the area with brand new and modern amenities rent for the same amount as this apartment. The trees around the property were lovely and certainly made it look peaceful and quiet there which was very nice.

The exterior of the buildings needed power washing, as there was algae on them. The leasing professional was very enthusiastic and upbeat about the community. The community was attractive. The value for the rent was reasonable.

I would never recommend this place to anyone who wasn't completely desperate and if I did I would recommend signing the shortest lease possible.

Apts are old and kind of run down.

I would recommend living here because it's nestled in a nice and quiet area. Not too far and too close for crowds and shopping. I think it's a perfect balance.

I strongly suggest living here. For me it is close to my work place and central to stores, schools, colleges and high schools etc.

I really liked the overall feel of the property. It was very bright and noticeable when you drove in. The office was fresh and smelled really nice. Overall, I would have rented at this community. I was treated very well through my entire visit.

The community was easy to locate and the apartments were very nice.

This community is tucked back off the main drag and is surrounded by residential homes in a very comfortable neighborhood close to the bases and shopping. There were a lot of trees and shade for a little respite from the sun on these warmer days.

The leasing agents I worked with were awesome and personal. I was given a great presentation of the community.

The community was well maintained. The amenities were a little dated. I felt the rental rate was a good deal for the size apartment. The agent did a good job.
