I have felt safe and comfortable with the Office staff, Residences, Facilities Porfessionals and Ceaning staff at the Atlas Apartments.
It is just a warm and welcoming place to call home and build relationships. Thank you for the care you provide.

I would recommend, rates to drop as rents are at higher side compared to the facilities they provide. They don't have an indoor/outdoor pool. No kids play area. So basically it's not for families, they target customer is only singles or bachelors or family with no kids. Its really become difficult to keep kids all day home during rains. If there would have been an indoor heated pool, kids could have used that. OR kids play area.

Lack of central air conditioning and the parking situation are reasons I'd give it a neutral review. Otherwise it's been a really nice place to live and I like the location.

This property from the outside may look like an upscale mod office building or library, but once you walked in it felt like an upscale dwelling space. Although the apartment was very open, it felt warm and inviting.

I enjoy living here but it's expensive and the rates of my neighbors are increasing a huge amount when it comes to renewal time.

It was a great community near the sweet community of Gillman Village in Issaquah. Minutes from the freeway yet tucked back in a beautiful setting. They had great amenities and spacious well laid out apartments. The leasing staff was exceptional.

Based on Location and Amenities The Atlas offers many of the options a lot of families are looking for.

Great location if you need access to the freeway and shops, if you are a stay at home or local worker. Husband needs to commute to Redmond everyday 45-60 minutes one way and he doesn't get to use the shops here much. Eager to see what the VALE apartments will provide. Hoping they will do better in terms of everyday comfortable living versus unnecessary luxury items that don't have much use

It is a fun place to live. I don't recommend an apartment on the west side of Building A. It is very noisy at night with truck deliveries to the commons and they also have leaf blowers blowing after midnight.

This apt residence fosters community and positive living. Its location is ideal and the amenities are just right. Familys young, old, single will feel very comfortable, safe and welcome.

Rent is high even for the local area and sound transfer between floors of apartments can be quite annoying if you happen to have an stompy upstairs neighbor.

Charges for utilities and actually paying the company to send those bills seems high

The place was beautiful from inside and out. The property had a nice river like area of water and a board walk like pathway. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I felt that Lacey was very sincere with me today on this tour. She made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable with her today. This community was very modern and new feeling. It was in a prime location also.
