I'm so impressed with the maintenance crew and the rest of the staff. The always make me feel welcome. The main recreational areas (lounges, pool, gym) are always nice and clean. I do, however, wish that they would pay attention to cleanliness and functionality of hallway doors throughout the building. I also love the weekly flyers posted in the elevator.

One thing I would mention is that even though this is a very pet friendly property, lack of a dog friendly area is making this place less favorable, especially since we have heard that new contruction is starting in a couple of months. We have heard other pet owners voice the same concerns.

Get rid of valet waste service, upgrade gym equipment, reduce cost for resident parking, add rooftop lighting, get more treadmills, have constant supply of wipes in gym, and reduce pet policy fees for small dogs.

Staff is amazing and responsive, I don't understand how they work so efficiently! Maintenance is fantastic, Sparky is a gem. I've lived in many apartment communities in multiple states, and this one has always been the most welcoming. I'd like to hire the staff to work at my company!

Helpful and cheery staff, quick repairs, nice lounge and reception area, and good valet waste/recycling service. But, building structure is too convoluted, not so easy to recycle many big boxes, and need better trash pick up time (too early, disturbs sleep at 7:30 a.m.)

Entertainment suite constantly has issues with TVs and remotes.

Need better and updated signs for visitors. There is no retail, and signs indicating retail parking confuse visitors. Need more mirrors for parking/driving on 2nd floor and pedestrians. Need loading dock signs and elevator signs.
